As a SomaSoul® Somatic Movement Therapist, I work with individuals and groups, facilitating wholeness & healing through movement, creativity and heartfelt connection.

The road to this work has covered much ground: In the past 20+ years, I've been a massage therapist, a yoga and meditation instructor, and peer counseling teacher. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved making art, music and dancing. In discovering Somatic Movement Therapy, I've found work that combines all my loves - creativity, movement, mindfulness and active listening. 

My experience as a SomaSoul® client and a Shake Your Soul® dancer has changed every aspect of my life and has helped me become more grounded, more integrated, and more alive.  It’s an exceptionally gentle approach that revolves around loving acceptance of how things are for each of us in this moment.
